The company currently has more than 30 full-time and part-time employees, with over 50% of the full-time consulting team members having a master's degree and more than 10 years of work experience. The external consultant expert team includes well-known experts, scholars and professors from the Central Party School, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Renmin University of China and other universities, as well as experts from the Central Organization Department, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and other government departments. 

Mr. Wei Rongjian, the founder of the company, has been engaged in talent assessment and management consulting since 2002. He has worked in various types of organizations such as Industrial Development Consulting, State Grid, and Kongsun ne Holdings, engaged in talent evaluation, enterprise training, and human resource management.
